If you would like to return an item to 100hoverboard.com,you must contact us firstly.Items returned without prior contact may not be properly identified and this may either prolong or nullify your refund.Any items shipped to an improper address due to failure to contact us for return information are not our responsibility to refund or reship.
If the product comes defective out of the box to you,we will replace the item and ship it back to you for free.All fees associated with the replacement-including the return shipping,the erplacement and the shipping back- will be fully covered by us.
We only accept return or replace of unused items within 30 days of receipt of delivery and defective items on arrival.If any damaged or defective items upon receipt,you need to send us videos or take photos of them and apply for RMA number within 3 working days of receipt of delivery to ask a return or replace.Returns will take approximately 5-7 working days for the process once the goods have arrived.
As per our policy,we would accept returns within 30 days for any unused items.Item must be in the same condition that you received it in,and must be in the original packaging.Once we receive your return,we can provide you with an exchange or refund to your original method of payment.
All items come with 1 month limited warranty against manufacturer defects.Any damage incurred by improper usage,negligence,alterations would not be covered by the warranty.All hoverboards are tested for qualtiy before shipping.If you notice something wrong with your hoverboard,please immediately stop use and document by taking pitures and emailing us details.If your board is found to be defective for any reason,we will immediately send a replacement and shipping label so you can send back the defective hoverboard(30-days from date of purchase only).NOTE-If you fall to follow warranty policy we will not be able to honor a full exchange.Please make sure you contact us immediately if something is wrong.Please contact us via email and include your order # and a brief description of your issue.
If it is past the 30 days warranty and you have issue with your board,we will refer you to a hoverboard repaire center in California where you will have to pay to ship your board and also pay for the cost of the repaire.

Order cancelations must incur within 24 hours of the purchase date.There is A 15% Restocking Fee.No refunds will be given after 48 hours from the purchase date.Return are still applicable after the item has been received.
